• 30-day FAST EXTREME: an extreme plan for rapid and targeted fat reduction in the shortest possible time.
• The plan uses minimal carbohydrates down to the permitted minimum and reduced calories, while keeping the body in a strictly controlled metabolic state.
• Structure: 6 days detox, 4 days egg fast, 2 days omega fast, 2 days alkalizing, 6 days high fat fast and subsequent refeeding.
• The difference between Fast and Fast Extreme is that this one keeps the body in ketosis from the very beginning.
• 30 consecutive days of a daily menu for preparing your food at home, calculated in a perfect keto ratio of calories, carbohydrates, protein and fat. It consists of three meals.
• Individual coaching with Ermenkova on Viber through personal communication (not in a group), once a week, Monday to Thursday between 10:00 and 17:00.

• The menu for the full subscription period will be published all at once before the plan starts. This gives you the convenience of reviewing the different days, preparing the ingredients in advance and replacing recipes of your choice using the listed substitution categories.
• The subscription includes a GIFT set of short toning exercises, each lasting just a few minutes, filmed by Daniela Ermenkova.
• After the subscription period expires, the profile is deactivated automatically. It can be renewed with a subscription for the following month, which contains new recipes.
• All purchased plans cannot be exchanged for another plan, even if they have not been started. Each plan must be started within 30 days of the purchase date.
