Balance Plan

• The plan can be used as a pause from ketosis. It can be used after following a keto plan, when you want to move toward balanced eating.
• The plan is balanced eating, with low and only beneficial carbohydrates, and more fiber. The plan does NOT keep the body in ketosis.
• Suitable for children and adolescents with a tendency toward or already accumulated excess weight.
• It contains whole grain products, quinoa, legumes, honey, brown sugar, eggs in moderation, meat, dairy, one type of fruit per day and many vegetables. It also includes low carb recipes such as pizza, tortilla, doner, taco, pasta and risotto.
• Individual coaching with Ermenkova on Viber through personal communication (not in a group), once a week, Monday to Thursday between 10:00 and 17:00.
• The recipe menu will be published in a personal profile in the Web APP, with quick access via an icon on the home screen of your mobile device. In your profile, you will have a basic shopping list provided in advance, many tips, information on ingredient substitutions and full recipes, guidance on what to do when you are at a restaurant or traveling, and a personal welcome video from Daniela Ermenkova.
• The menu for the full 30-day subscription period is published all at once before the plan starts, so you can conveniently prepare the ingredients and replace recipes of your choice.
• The subscription includes a GIFT set of short toning exercises, each lasting just a few minutes, filmed by Daniela Ermenkova.
• After the subscription period expires, the profile is deactivated automatically.
• All purchased plans cannot be exchanged for another plan, even if they have not been started. Each plan must be started within 30 days of the purchase date.

All plans are created on the foundations of ketogenic nutrition, with precisely calculated calories and nutrients to induce ketosis. Daniela Ermenkova reserves the right to refuse to prepare a menu if contraindications or other reasons are identified. In this case, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer within 30 working days.
